Stunningly beautiful comfortable hotel with magnificent location on a beautiful lagoon. Beautiful building and rooms in a lovely garden. A lot of good food at breakfast time. Location near to National Park, and a mini botanical garden with labeled plant. About 10 minutes walk from Paraiso Tropical. Good overall experience.

The gardens and pool were beautiful, and there were lots of birds to watch. the boat trip was amazing, with an abundance of wildlife and a knowledgeable guide. the staff were friendly and helpful, even offering tips on where to spot a sloth. the dinners were delicious, and it was refreshing to take a dip in the pool.

The rooms were cramped with thin walls, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring bathrooms. the road access to the area was poor, resulting in slow and bumpy travel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cano Negro. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled right on the edge of the Cano Negro river system with beautiful botanical gardens surrounding the property. The tranquil waterfront setting created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that I truly enjoyed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, complete with refreshing water features and efficient air conditioning. And to top it off, the included breakfast was a great way to start the day.

All in all, everything was satisfactory at this hotel.
